Which one? Seroquel, Clonazepam, and Lexapro. I use to be on Prozac, but it did no good! All it did was cause me to have constipation and cause me to have more anger.

The best antidepressant to me and for me is laughter. Many years ago now, I was told I had a tumor of the brain, that was after having a stroke, and then a seizure with epilepsy. That is just a few exemples dear heart. ( an operation performed while I was supposed to be asleep, heard everything and felt everything...) But one thing I have never lost is my love for laughter and it did help me a lot! Plus positive people around me. There are some people who need antidepressant however and the best advice I would give to those is to talk with your doctor about what kind of medecine and what are the secondary effects of them on your system. Some medication have very serious side effects.

Please dear heart, try your best go go out every day, meet funny people and be silly. There is nothing wrong in having fun. You will see, there's nothing like it ! Along with what your doctor prescribe of course. And you can always have a second opinion on the medication you are taking.

Take a good care of yourself and remember that Laughter is Healing. There were researches done about this and it is very interesting as to the results !

Good luck dear Heart, and hello from a clown! Laughter is healthy.
