For those slamming me for mis-spelling it, that's how I found it, I didn't spell it, so thanks for being so quick to be snippy with me!

TE QUIERO is the right spelling and it means literally "I want you", but you actually use it to express your affection for someone, it's not as deep as saying TE AMO which means too "I love you" but in a very deeper way.
Te quiero is more for someone you like, you enjoy the time with him-her, u can tell this to your friends too...it's a like way of saying i love you.

Te kiero, is means 'Te quiero'. It is often conciously mispelled as 'kiero' to make it shorter I guess or for no reason, sort of like 'Girl' and 'gUrl'. People know its not spelled that way but they do.

Te quiero' means 'I love you/ care for you'

"Te quiero" is a Spanish expression and literally means "I want you". Indeed it is pronounced "te kiero"; the "u" is silent, in this case.

TE QUIERO means I LOVE YOU. The reason why they wrote KIERO, is the same why you guys write KIDZ instead of KIDS, that is, to make it look different!
And, in espanish, the letter combination QU souns like your K in english (and OUR K). So I hope that now it's clear enough to you... You're welcome!
