You still have to grow much taller so i would nto worry about your weight now. as long as your healthy and continue to eat healthy, you'll be fine. remember you will grow tall so you will lose whatever fat you have on right now.

stop eating fruit juices, and sweet things and eat healthy and get some excercise. excercise is key. my daughter is 10-1/2 and weighs 100 pounds and she has a little belly and is conscious of it although she eats very healthy, it's lack of physical activity and she was worred she is fat. So to make her feel better i am helping her get physical. 3 days a week. i make her work out for 1 hr. we do streatching for 15minutes, aerobics for upper body 15 minutes, stomach crunches about 100 for 15 minutes then for 20 minutes she gets on the treadmill. she really likes it.

no you are not overweight but you are at risk of becoming overweight. You should weigh about 76-112. But overall you are fine.
