Ok first put shampoo on to the dry hair .. masage as much as possible to release the gelatine - then use HOT water not damaging hot .. but as hot as you can take without burning the scalp - then rinse out - NEXT wash as normal .. it should of released it then to make sure shampoo again as normal.. good luck !!!!!!!!!!

Use Knox, that's what I used to use. And it'll come out if you wash it and scrub it really well.

What are you using gelatin for? Do you mean gel?...Gel is to hold it in place in certain spots...Please don't buy cheap gel, it flakes, it looks horrible and it drys and breaks your hair off...You really shoudln't use gel at all though...use this other holder called JAM by OPTIMUM.

the best thing to do is to just wash it out, and make sure that's it's all out.

It is water soluble, so just a normal shampoo and rinse should do it.
