Everybody is different, I have lived in Wales, England and Scotland and have found that the Scots eat a very poor diet full of fats, they eat very little fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurts and healthy food. I always cook everything from scratch using fresh food, my husband & I always have at least 5 portions of fruit/veg a day, we also have live yogurt, never drink fizzy drinks, have plenty of water, we never buy sweets, chocolate or crisps or eat any form of junk food.
