You must visit Luna house in Croydon to find out, or the immigration office at Holborn in London.

I don't think that one will be too bad. My husband overstayed his visa by ONE DAY when he was on his working holiday visa, and it comes up everytime he gets questioned at passport control.

But I don't think the marriage one will be too harsh. Cos you must have limited leave to remain, like my husband, then you'll get definate leave to remain after, (which you're due for) but I really don't think that one will be a problem, after all, you are married now. Better having that one expired than any other one.

Go to the homeffice and start the renewal process thats it. You are married and I assume that you will be getting the "Indefinite leave To remain" soon, so just go to the home offfice centre and there are several dotted around the country and sort it out. http://www.homeoffice.gov.uk

Visa renewal should have had higher priority to your other jobs. You can't do directly, unfortunately. You have to apply (fill forms).
go to this website.

Find the appropriate form, fill it as soon as you can. Don't worry just do that now, before they deport you
Good luck

Yes go to your Embassy to renew it, they should under the circumstances, or contact your MP to see if the Home or Foreign Offices could assist.

prob, they'll hav you done mate, and they'll slap a criminal charge on you just for good measure. either, you keep quiet about it (not advisable!) or you return home if you're financially unable by getting help from the International Organization for Migration (Westminster Palace Gardens). Call them and they'll help you to get back home if you're 2 skint. take care next time mate.
