not sure of the percentage
I have Bipolar Disorder
These days what helps most is extreme resting and avoiding worrying or anything that might cause worrying. I just like to sit and stare at water for 5 or 6 hours sometimes. It really helps. Like restoring hit points or something. Maybe its meditation. Anyway it works for me. Better than meds of any kind, AT this point. I DO have meds (Zyprexa mostly) that I would not hesitate to take. Its been 3 or 4 months.

how do you already know the youngster is basically being a brat and needs a competent spanking? I agree that many little ones in the present day are overly clinically determined with a number of psychological problems, yet as a mom of a youngster who quite has one, it quite is the small minded human beings such as you that think of all little ones who act a definite way basically choose a competent whipping that truly piss me off, my little ones are disciplined and specific while they want it , they get spanked, yet that does no longer recommend that it is the only component incorrect with my son, he has a actual scientific subject, and needs scientific shelter it , it runs in our relatives and until eventually you have a newborn coping with a psychological ailment, which i'm assuming you do no longer, you haven't any longer any appropriate to judge everybody else. edit: ok, I misunderstood the question, I agree that oldsters could take back administration of their little ones. yet too a lot of human beings see my son while he's having an "episode" and look at me like i'm a bad mom because of the fact of it, so I do tend to take offense quite.

Count me in...I take anti-depressants off and on. I'm not taking them now, but I do take a tiny dose (12.5 mg) of Seroquel when I feel panicky. I take it maybe once a week or so.

I think I am an obsessive compulsive shizo, however it is undiagnosed and I am doing nothing. Taking one day at a time until my time bomb goes off.
