The legality of this has already been asked by Not Emo in:

This really isn't a bright idea, for the following reasons:
(1) There's a war going on. People may think you're military and come forward to shake your hand or spit on you. Veterans (recent or past) may come up to you to talk story and find out you're just some civilian and take offense. I know me and my own would be "What the hell is that monkey doing iout of uniform?" if you didn't have the patches, the beret, the nametapes, and such. If it ended up being you were just a civilian, it would rapidly become "What the hell are YOU doing?" ... and there really is a law against this (Re: United States Code, Title 10, Subtitle II, Part A, Section 771).
(2) If you end up at certain doors (assuming you do the whole candy harvest thing) and the first thing they see is a military uniform? That housewife or mother whose loved one is in Afghanistan or Iraq may think you're Casualty Notification. I know if you came to my door, I'd think you were coming because my cellphone broke and we had an alert. If you were out partying and drinking it up? UCMJ states explicitly that NO servicemember will drink ANY alcohol in uniform unless it is an official military function. Boozing it up in some bar is not an official military function, and in certain towns (especially those close to military installations) that's really NOT a good idea.
However, if you're really insistent on getting one, try any of the following:
http://rangerjoes.com
http://uscav.com
http://brigadequartermasters.com
All of them carry uniforms and other kinds of gear. I know I've ordered more than once from each while in Iraq to make up for shortcomings and shortages in my own equipment.
Should you choose to break the law (hardly ever enforced anymore, but still VERY much on the books) for Halloween, have the decency to not do anything stupid to disgrace those who really wear the uniform. Thank you.

If you have a local military surplus shop, that would be the place. If not, you could go to a costume store or check into ordering something online.
Many hunting or outdoors stores will have camo clothes too.

There's probably an army surplus store near you. They almost always have camos and other accessories.

Try Ranger Joe's or their website. You can also try Goodwill stored near military installations. Or any generic military surplus store. Good Luck!

consistent with probability get a photograph of Billy Ray Cyrus, stick it interior somewhat teeny paper physique, and glue it on a handbag and write like #a million Dad beside it or something. Do the comparable element with Jason Earles, in basic terms placed a caption like maximum stressful brother of the year or something.
