I can understand people wanting the choice to have a baby or not...although i do not agree with abortion personally...I can respect the fact that it is available as a choice...but only after a few weeks....Why would anyone want people to be able to abort a baby near full term?...provided it is not where the mother will loose her life (which i have heard is a very rare case)

I agree with you, I think it's horrible. The choice that is available to women is wonderful, but not for a choice like this one. What is the world coming to?

There is no good reason. A woman has to go trough the hardest part of child birth to even make it possible to complete a partial birth. I am totally against this one isn't amazing that even though
2 different parties have had control of the government partial birth is STILL not ILLEGAL.
If a mother is at risk of losing her life they usually preform a C section. I really do not understand this one.
I am with you I do not agree with abortion but as of right now there is no solution to the problem. But partial birth is murder.Why would you go through the pain and suffering of pregnancy to just have a partial birth abortion in the end . It does not make any sense

Partial-birth abortions are done when the baby is sure to die soon after birth because of horrible birth defects. A friend of mine had this done when she found out her baby had no brain. It was alive only because it was inside her. It was horrible experience for her to have to live threw.
It is done also if the baby has died inside the mother or if the pregnancy is killing the mother. If they know that if the birth takes place that both will die for sure.
These are the only cases I have ever heard of it being done. It isn't a usual practice and it is not legal as a CHOICE for no longer wanting the baby at that point during the pregnancy.

I think abortion is ridiculous as well! There are other things that result from abortions.. the girl may never be able to get pregnant again and statistics say having an abortion increases the chance of breast cancer. If a girl goes to a clinic for an abortion they may not know how to deal with all situations which means the girl can be severly hurt while in surgery. I have never had one myself because i decided to mother my children like people should do.. but i have heard they are very painful and in most cases they don't even put you to sleep.. they just use a sucking device to suck out the baby.. so whoever does the abortion cannot see what or where they are sucking. Not to mention immediately or even down the road the emotional problems the mother will have postabortion.. i know people who even have to go to counceling because of it.. Abortions are really dumb but i don't think people will ever wise up and realize what they are really doing to themselves and the poor unborn fetus.

Because they are hearltess and selfish! I posted a question about this about 10 minutes ago along with a video. And all people can say is all they see is "embryotic tissue". When I see that video I see children that could've been something great in life. But people are too selfish and are not willing to take responsibility for their actions.

So you are saying if a woman is near her birth date and is told she may die if she gives birth it is okay for her to go kill her baby?

Abortion is never okay and here is a newsflash for you, over thousands of woman have been told they are going to die if they give birth , thier baby is going to be born with a mental problem or deformed yet more then half of them have healthy babies and have no problems during birth..Test are not always right and this is coming from someone who has a OBGYN for a mother.
The fact is a heart stats to beat at 6 weeks making it murder if you abort and it is very possible for a baby to be born and survive at just 21 weeks. My mother has seen plenty of babies born at 21 weeks whom have survived and are healthy.

Because they are not educated on what it REALLY is. If they saw it happen, knew what happened during the procedure, and were taught exactly what it consisted of, and they still went through with it, it's because they have no heart!!!!!
