They all dance
Each believes it is being patient with the others.
They have more common ground than reason for conflict, but each is trying to gain certain tactical and strategic advantages for themselves.
None is willing to go to war with the others, because all are run by basically sane, if self-interested governments.
All of them speak English when they want anything important to happen, so what does that say?

a tringle of these three powers is very dangerous, not for each other.....but for under developed countries.
