obviously consult a doctor or just buy some hair thickening products there are alot on the market out there.just remember if he feels a little low on the self esteem front help him feel better about himself.if most of his hair falls out and he has the money what about hair transplnt.i know it is drastic.

He should consult a Doctor; He may have a chemical imbalance that may require some cortisone shots to restart hair growth.
