actually it's only switched up if you allow it to be by not breaking free of the cycle you were raised in... i love to exercise, i love the way it makes me feel.. too much sweets make me sick to my stomach and make me want to puke and I'm way too close to being a control freak over my own cognitive ability to ever enjoy drugs. you like what you grew up with and what you are accustomed to the most.. and you have to train your body and mind to switch over to liking other things.. but it will if you allow it to.

No you are wrong on this.
If you REALLY pay attention, the healthy things are the most enjoyable, GREAT SEX, friendship, good healthy food (when you weigh in how you feel from it after its better than junk food). Drugs in moderation used ritualisticly can SOMETIMES be ok, think coffee, chocolate, a few beers. Sushi is great though. Even exercise can be fun in moderation.

It isn't to encourage suicide. That is ridiculous to even think of it that way, but it is a challenge to see what you would rather be: HEALTHY or SICK? At least ( when you get old enough and move out of moms') you do get to make the decision.

Depends on your upbringing. Some people are raised to eat healthy foods on a daily basis (fruits, veggies, dairy, etc.) and others are not. When you get use to a certain type of food, it's enjoyable and when you're not use to it, it's not. Same goes for everything else.

Doesn't it suck?
It's our test in life, some people would say. To see if we can resist pleasure our entire lives in order to receive unimaginable joy when we leave.
Hope they're right, otherwise all this boredom is for nothing!
