You posted the same question a half hour ago and got the answer of NO. Well I think they were wrong, I think he loves you and he loves all of your friends too. If he loved you and knows something he does bothers you then why would he keep doing it, oh I know why, cuz he doesnt love you. Try this, the next time you are with him, kick him in the nut sack as hard as you can and while he is on the ground in pain say "I lvoe u dont wrry baby"

If he loves you he wouldn't be ashamed or afraid of his sister. If he loves you, he wouldn't keep your relationship a secret and live with the consequences of the truth. He obviously doesn't love you if he does all that with your friends including practically molesting them in front of you... Its easy for anyone to tell you not to worry and that they love you but there is always the chance that those are just words and they dont mean a thing they're saying.
Conclusion: I don't think he does...

It does sound like he is using you, tell him to either tell people your together or leave, I don't know where you are but in england there was recently a film 'john tucker must die' that portrays a similar story. sorry if thats not what you wanted to hear. Tell him that he needs to back off of your friends so sexually! Then you need to ask him the real reason of why he won't tell anyone. In my experience, when you're in love ... you want everyone to know! You might have to take some time apart for this relationship to actually make it work! Good luck

dump him he's using the excuse that he doesn't want anyone to know because he is making an assss out of you...i wouldn't put up with him doing that in front of anyone...let him date someone else than maybe when he's with her he will play with you...he's not worth the time of the day..

I would say that's not love, why he doesn't want his sister to know i can't understand...but the part about he touching your friends that isn't good or acceptable so you need to tell him either he changes his ways or he get going.....and please be serious or else your gonna whined up getting disrespect continuously and also getting hurt. think and be wise.
