Yes. I train for mountain climbing. My routine is weights three times each week, Brazilian jiu-jitsu twice each week, yoga once a week, sports massage most weeks, and lots of cardio. If you are interested, I outlined the schedule in my 360 Blog of August 14 and put some thoughts on diet in the Blog of September 20.

Aloha

yes you are correct. although technically it's physiologically impossible to tone muscle as it is always that way. subcutaneous fat covers the true shape of skeletal muscle. building muscle is all about the diet and using progressive resistance to constantly increase your training intensity. a good diet to follow is 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fats. a good read on learning how to design a proper training program can be found in any of the early books written by Tudor Bompa on "Periodization".

Yep, I play soccer(on saturdays), do street dance, take a toning class, have PE 2 times a week and I try to do resistance excercises3 times a week I feel so great when I stick to it, but sometimes I get so lazy. Oh, and I do it to be strong and toned, not to lose weight
