We can't tell you how you should feel. Let me ask, do you trust him 100%? I'm thinking not if your even asking this question. Without trust you have nothing, and when he returns, things will only get worse between you, because your going to think what you think.

You obviously don't trust him - do you see that? Instead of asking how you should feel about him going out of town, you should be dealing with your trust issues. Fix those, and you won't have to wonder how to feel. Besides, feelings should be natural, not fabricated from/by consensus. Good luck!
