you sound like you need a nite out so go for it and remenber one thing and one thing only and that is you are a long time dead so start living now and go out and enjoy your-self

The answer of course is a resounding YES. What better activities to engage in after a long week than quality time in a a relaxing social atmosphere with good friends, good food and good drinks. If the cold is starting there is nothing you can do about it at this point except try to kill it with positivity and anything 80 proof and above!

I'm feeling the same way as you right now!

What I would suggest is lay around as much as you can today. Drink some pomegranate juice, take some Airborne and sleep. I'm sure you'll feel better by tonight.

If you don't go out you'll regret it and I'm sure your friend will be a little dissapointed.

Go out and have fun!! And hopefully you don't have anything to do tomorrow so you can sleep all day long :)

I would go out , just have a few drinks then have some water or coke and have a good night ,you can always stay in bed for the weekend. I have a cold but if it was my friend' first night out I would like to go .

Go out, have fun. Just don't stay out all night drinking and exhaust your body..that will surely make your cold worse. Just take it easy and you'll be fine and you will have a nice time with your friend

Go out for sure, you need to get out and also it would be unfair to your friend who had hired a babysitter for the night. Be a good friend and show her a good time.

If you go out with her for some drinks she will undoubtedly get your cold and then pass it on to her kids. Now do you want that on your conscious? Plus alcohol makes your immune system vulnerable to infection and viruses, etc.

Definitely! Add OJ to your drink menu for the night and the extra "C" will help. Besides....you're gonna get sick anyway, may as well have fun before you feel really bad!
