My Best friend's first language is spanish..
and she really wants to learn english..
she is planning to travel to the US but she doesnt know where,,
Do you know a place where its difficult to find spanish speaking people?

no where. maybe North Dakota in the middle of winter.
But seriously, you can avoid spanish speaking people pretty easily. Most live near city centers and even in the cities, they live in only certain areas. If she visits rural areas, she won't meet many spanish speaking people because they'll all be too busy working.
To the poster below me. there are plenty of spanish speaking people in those states. ever been to Chelsea, MA or Somerville?

Anywhere that crop handlers are required will be a problem, as the shortage of laborers means that many Spanish-speaking harvesters are brought in to work on the crops in the Pacific Northwest (millions of fruit trees) and Idaho (lettuce crops near Salinas and potato crops) etc. Probably somewhere in Utah would be good.

I'd stay in New England then... Boston, MA (awesome city regardless!) plus she can check out the autumn leaves of the north!
Good luck finding a spanish speaker in Mass, VT, NH, ME etc!

I live in Norman,Ok we dont hear spanish too much at all here!

Probably places where there isn't a big Hispanic population.
