You are supposed to be awake when fasting for ramadan.

Shooting your friends is NOT a good idea. So perish that thought. However tying them up and letting female tarantulas run up and down their spines might get the message across that a "mad maddy" is not to be trifled with.
You could also try digging pits in your floor covered with leaves and thatch. When ever they run across your room to shout into your poor fasting ears, they would fall into this pit filled with half chewed chewing gums.
The ancient Chinese had perfected the art of putting off "people who shout during Ramadan". Three parts of cow dung mixed with one part of quick drying adhesive and wrapped in a palm leaf when rapidly flung at people-who-shout-during-Ramadan would result in a rapidly retreating people-who-shout-during-Ramadan.
If nothing else work, try staying awake.

You are probably falling asleep because you are fasting and your body is trying to conserve what little energy it has during this state. Fasting is never a good idea though I do realize some people's cultures insist on it and if that's the case fast without your friends around.

Fill your ears with molten wax. Then you can sleep, despite their loud voice.
Tolerence is essential; otherwise the effect of fasting is diminished!

Tolerance is essential part of fasting. But you can not expect others to sacrifice their entertainment because of your religious activity.
Don't take it seriously if you find it difficult. Give a break.
