In México, at least, "no me sorprende" is the COMMON way to say it.

Frankly, I've never heard anyone say "no estoy sorprendido (a)". It sounds affected.

Another common way to say it, is: "No me extraña".

no estoy sorprendida- for a female
no estoy sorprendido- for a male
no estamos sorprendidos- for many people
él/ella no esta sorprendido/a - he/she is not surprised

"no estoy sorprendido(a)" (ending with o is for male, ending with a is for female).

you can say too...

No me sorprende = it doesn't surprise me.

Chinaz & joker are mroe or less right. You can also say, "No me sorprende." (It doesn't surprise me.)
