No, it reminds me of old ladies that have varicose veins in their legs.

To a point... not in the body builder way but in the sexy bass player holding his bass kind of way. The forearm vein bulge is.... cold shower inducing.

i think it's kinda disgusting. Muscular build is nice but that is too much.
