First, I don't know if it can be considered "love" if the other person doesn't know. You should confront him, but don't be too upset if he tells you that he doesn't feel the same. I thought I loved someone for years. But when I met my husband I found that I never really loved before I met him because I found that for love to be as strong as it can be and for it to be 100% real ... both people had to feel it. You can actually feel the love another person has for you if it's real. So, gather yourself and take deep breathes ... make sure you think it's love ... and if you feel your heart race ... tell him. Good luck

Are you dating this lucky guy??? If you are and you have been together for a while, tell him...BUT if you have just met or are not even going out together DONT do anything because he more than likely will run a mile!!! You could just test 'the water' by telling him you really enjoy spending time together or some such similar phrase.... good luck!

It'd feel really good to just go to him and say 'i'm in love with you' That'd be so sweet. But I don't know the conditions so I can't be much help

When it comes to things like this, us men are THICK. You cannot be subtle with him, we don't understand subtle. Unless you stand stark naked in front of him and say "this is yours", he won't have a clue. For God's sake girl, go for it and tell him. He'll feel so proud that somebody other than him fancy's him.
GO GET HIM GIRL. and good luck.

Try to let him know. If he isn't your friend yet, try to get closer to him and start a friendship first.
After that things will be easier.

You should tell him. It can't hurt to try. It is better than always wondering what could have happened.
