Take it to a professional. Look in the yellow pages for someone in your area. Most camera shops can do or refer you to someone.

the least confusing way is to purchase a video card(in case you do not have already got one) that has the yellow,white,and pink openings. Then, connect your VCR to the video card. Open any software that may checklist from camcorders, even homestead windows action picture Maker 2 will do it. Press Play on the VCR and press checklist in this device. Then, once you're executed, decide on the alternative in this device that's: "shop to CD".
