Yes there is a bit of higharchy. Saints by definition are the true believers of Christ. This can be you and me. Angels are resurected beings. People who were resurected at the resurection of Christ or people who are "taken" by god. Such as the city of Enoch. These people still have bodys and are Angles of God. Archangels are very special people. They are the heads of the seven dispinsations of time. Seven periods where the Priesthood of God was restored. Adam, Moses, Abraham, Noah, Eligah, Christ, And one other for the last dispinsation. (today)

Yes there is a difference. Saints are members of the Bride of Christ, his Church. They are over Angels and Archangels. The Archangels are over the Angels. We are ALL under our Lord Jesus Christ although he prefers us to be equal we do not grasp the concept of being equal to him. We are his bride and the two shall become one flesh. Like some Scripture he gives us up to half of his Kingdom.

Archangels serve at God's throne, angels are messengers to earth, and saints are humans who now serve as messengers and are closer to humans and their prayers then angels. Something like that.
