Opus is a new venue to come to the Printworks in Manchester and it is a brand new concept
in entertainment. The Ink Brasserie downstairs has 60 covers, and the downstairs bar has leather booths and plays soft percussion and jazz music early evening and funky house music during the evenings. Comedy lounge shows every Friday and Saturday evenings and party areas go on till 2.30am. The Live Room offers live music and the Chill Out Room has endless cocktails.

Again, it's more Manchester city centre, but you could also try the Corner House on Oxford Road. It's an Indy cinema and gallery with a very nice cafe/bar upstairs. Nice vibe about the place.

Not that I know of, but try Mossley Tandoori - very relaxed Indian Restuarant, and the food is fantastic - on a quiet night they would probably let you stay and relax over coffee for a couple of hours - the 3 men that run it are lovely!
