I say it just gave teachers a "you dont have to do your job" pass! Since inacted more children are being pushed through the system without ever learning the simple basics, so when they do go out to get jobs or further their education they are struck by the reality that they are not as smart as most others therefore, are not qualified to get into higher learning institutions or get employment beyond Mickey D's!! Its wrong and I totally disagree with it.
