Polite doctor and staff, including telephone manner; CLEAN OFFICE; Paitients seen on time without undue wait; Air of confidence; Lack of pain during and following procedures; Agreeable financial policies.

I would hope to be treated like a part of the family. Some dentists are just rude,they don't ease their patients,a kind word or two helps the patient feel more at ease.Also it would be nice if they actually knew your name.That would be the qualities i would look for and if i find that i will tell all friends and family.I'm trying to find a dentist right now i just relocated and i do have a freat dental plan,its just hard to find a good family dentist.I have six children,and i want them to have a great outlook on visiting a dentist because it is so important for your overall health.

They would have to offer "sleep dentistry". I think every office should do this.
Also, just to have a friendly staff, people that actually talk to you as a person. I hate it when I go and there is some snotty girl assistant, it makes it very uncomfortable.
A couple of other things, toys for kids, and NO elevator music, lol!

If the office is state of the art and the doctor had a soothing personality and the staff is courteous
