Oscar mayer makes both, same price and look the same. Someone help me with this, PLEASE. I havent been able to sleep since I discovered this.

Wieners are the regular hot dogs that have mixed meats and the Franks are the beef franks. They are definitely different.

Ok, seriously, I don't know. Not only do they cost/look the same, but they taste the same, too. Kinda like "ketchup" and "fancy catsup"...
