General Motors owns a stake in Isuzu. Last I heard, they own a 30% stake, but I believe GM is trying to dump the stake and redirect focus on it's problems.

Yes all the Isuzu's are rebadged GM vehicles now. Isuzu has been struggling in the US market, and basically has begun what looks like a pull out. (though Isuzu says no) They no longer sell the Rodeo and it's sibilings which was their primary vehicle they manufactured for the US market, and currently they only rebadge GM vehicles in the US market place.

I believe Isuzu has been rebadging the S-10 and the current Colorado as their pickup truck.

They had a mini-van in the 90's called the Oasis, a rebadged Honda Oddesey

(Honda rebadged the Rodeo as the Passport, until Honda decided to build their own SUV the Pilot)

No there not.

But smaller companies like Isuzu buy the larger companies old designs and tooling.
So it is entirely possible it's the same car.
