This what is going to be so great about heaven,Gods presence is going to be with his people, and in heaven there will be no more death, sadness, crying,or pain, because all the old ways are gone, and in heaven there will be no more night, for in heaven the leaves of the tree will be for the healing of the nations, that comes from the tree of life, and remember john the revelator seen heaven ,after the vision of these things I looked, and there before me was an open door in heaven, and the same voice that spoke to me before, that sounded like a trumpet said come up here, and I will show you what must happen after this, immediately I was in the spirit, and before me was a throne in heaven, and someone was sitting on it. revelation 4 1-3

I have been there, One night, before a really hard time in my life, I had a dream where I was taken to this place where all I saw was little lights like fire flies without the bodies. They were all so happy gathered in groups chatting. They were bathed in this unearthly white light of LOVE like you have never known, infinatley more powerful than that between two people in love or a mother and baby. When it was time to leave I begged the soul who took me there not to make me go back because I wanted to spend all eternity there. But he said that I had to and for some reason I understood then that I had to return, even though now I dont know why, but I agreed. But to this day if I was called back I would go there in a split second and be happy for ever more and another thing I will never again do something bad consciously in case I loose my chance to return. I love you and hope I will see you there some day my friend.

Heaven is a place where everything is beautiful, wonderful and really unexplainable beyond description.
You would want to go there as reward for all your good works when you life is over. It is like money you have invested or saved for so many years for your retirement or whatever. It could also be like euphoria for writing a book or a song and you win the Pulitzer Prize or the Grammys.
Have you ever dreamed of going into a vacation in paradise islands like Hawaii or Tahiti or a place you have always wanted to go to?
No, but I know it is there, like China or Europe. I know China and Europe exist although I haven't been there.

Bible says there is no tears, no death, no sorrow, no sickness, and no pain. And we will have new spirit bodies. I love that. Please read last two chapters about Heaven in Revealation of Bible. Jesus confirmed us there is Heaven.

In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicide attempt.)

Heaven is supposed to be a lot of worship and singing and praise. Sounds a lot like church. If most people cant stand an hour a week at church, WTF makes them think heaven will be any better?

You know, if this is the best god can do here, why would heaven be any better?

The appeal to heaven is spending eternity in the presence of the Lord and fellow Christians where there is no hatred, prejudice, avarice, greed, dishonesty, duplicity, ... NO SIN, ONLY PEACE AND LOVE GREATER THAN WE CAN COMPREHEND.
