I just joined and have gotten 2 violation notices. The questions were not vulgar.

You either have to ask a question.. or give an answer. If you just make a statement .. or ask if someone knows someone else.. that is personal communication and may be a violation of personal chat. Otherwise, I have no idea why. Good Luck! :)

Anybody can report you and you can never expect when some of the nutty reporters will attack. Most of the time if they do, it's for a valid reason but there are also times it's the other way around. It looks like you're a victim of the latter.
Don't give too much importance on it, as long as you feel you are able to help others and your questions are of interest and benefit to most, then just continue doing your thing.
No matter what, you know you can never please everybody. Just the same, never lose faith and always try to see the good in everything (as well as in everybody).
