Well first, Bendaryl is an antihistamine and that makes you drowsy. Try Claritin D. That has psuedophedrine which is a decongestant. Yes, it's only available in pharmacy but it works great. Anything with a "D" after may help. Allegra D, Claritin D, ect. Clarinex may also help.

I actually think the best one is the generic suedifed allergy from walmart! It's the equate brand and the box is white with green on it. It sounds dumb, but it works really well! Claritin did nothing for my allergies and this stuff clears my stuffy nose within minutes and doesn't make you tired at all!

Try taking Vitamin C 500 mg 3-4x daily. Quercetin helps too and is highly recommended by naturopathic doctors. Monavie juice has given significant relief to some allergy sufferers (info on request). Good luck!

I use a personal air purifier I where around my neck when my allergies get bad. Best thing I have ever found and no side effects as with medication.

Also local honey. Forgot why, but it really helps. Remember it must be local honey.
