Jesus and the apostles were observant Jews and observed the Jewish holidays. Lent is not among them.

Well, Lent is a christian holiday, and there weren't any before Christ, so no, Jesus didn't celebrate it. Lent is the period 40 days before Easter, it's an early church tradition, but it was instituted well after the writing of the 4 gospels and Acts.

No it's not a biblical tradition. Like Christmas, Easter, Harvest Festival etc. it has it's roots in paganism there are actually no celebrations in the early church recorded in the bible. Save weddings etc.

Nope. This is not a Biblical tradition. The closest you will find in the Bible is the celebration of Passover, which falls near the end of Lent.

Peace.

No, there is not. Lent is NOT a Christian holiday and is nowhere in the bible, it's a catholic holiday contrived by man.
