For me music is one of my most potent conecsions to my Father in Heaven. Prayer is the only thing that brings me closer. Growing up the songs I sang as a child were my first experiences with the love that my Father has for me. "I am a Child of God" "A Childs Prayer" "Love at Home" exc. I love music and for me those songs will always hold a special spot in my heart.

depends upon what type of children's songs. the normal children's songs are light hearted and help make one feel a little happier. the children's religious songs help bring back memories and remind one when days were better and full of hope, rather than now when the world is so full of " doom and gloom ".

They are fun for children they help them to understand Gods love for all of us. They are also nice when I help at the local nursing home cause all of them know the songs and it reminds them of better times in their life.
