I cannot give you the Deities religious affiliation, because religion is a political doctrine which a Deity would keep well away from.
But the simple, short ,and logical proof of the existence of a Deity is, that everything that happens, makes sense. In the long run.
To develop this, you may wish to click on "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website.

God does exist. His Son Jesus was Jewish but God is not limited to a religious affiliation. Sorry it's not short, but it's good.
These are not my words but read this and think about it. How can all of this happen without God planning it and creating it?
93 million miles from the blistering surafce of the sun stands the planet earth. A rotating sphere perfectly suspended in the center of the universe. The ultimate creation from an infinate mind. An unbelievably intricate complex design. A supernatural testimony, an irrefutable sign that there is a God.
The size, position and angle of the earth is a scientific phenomenon to see. A few degrees closer to the sun we'd disintegrate, a few degrees furter we'd freeze. The axis of the earth is titled at a perfect 23 degree angle and it's no mistake that it is. This allows equal global distribution to the rays of the sun making it possible for the food chain to exist.
Or take for example the combination of nitrogen and oxygen in the atmosphere we breathe every day. It just happens to be the exact mix that life needs to prosper, it doesn't happen on any other planet that way.
You see, the Bible says the invisible things of God are seen through His creation, to believe this is not hard. If there's a design, there's a designer, if there's a plan, there's a planner and if there's a miracle, there is a God.
The Scripture says the heavens decalre the glory of God and the skies proclaim the work of His hands. If we allow our minds to drink in all the truth that surrounds the truth that just surrounds us, creation itself will help us understand.
Did you know the moon controls the tides? It's the maid that cleans the oceans. Even the waves don't crash the shores in vain. The tides drag impurities from the depths of the sea, it's nature's constrant recycling chain.
It simply boggles the mind to think that the stars will rotate with such exact precision that it's true. That the atomic clock, with an error factor of less than three seconds per millenium, is set by the way we move.
Though they silently orbit, the sun, the moon, the stars are like celestial evangelists above. Who circle the earth every 24 hours shouting in every language that there is a God. Atheism is the wedge under the foundation of our faith, trying to topple our relationship with Christ. When the fool said in his heart 'there is no God' he rejects the truth God painted on the canvas of the night. Atheism has never created an artistic masterpiece, never healed a fatal disease or calmed a fear. Atheism has still never given answers to our existence, peace to a troubled mind or even dried a tear.
For it's God who created heaven and earth and flung the stars in space and breathed in the handful of dirt and it became a man. It's God who sits on the circle of the earth and measures the mountains in a scale, and holds the seven seas in the palm of His hand. It's God who sent His only begotten Son to the cross of Calvary to save our souls from Hell and the grave. It's God who creates, God who delivers, God who heals and who is worthy of a thunderous ovation of praise!

All you have to do is ask yourself this question. Could the universe been created by a big bang? How could the sun be placed placed in the center and the earth start going around the sun and the all at once there was a moon that started going around the earth? There had to be a Deity that created all things according to His plan. The Watchtower papers are published by the Jehovah Witness.

Ha. I know what you mean about scriptural verses--just read PAGES & PAGES in answer to "The more we study the book called the Bible, the less realistic it becomes..." There IS no logical proof--that's why people always refer to "faith." A diety is a WISH, a DREAM, a MYTH. If this works for someone, go for it; I'm not here to bash it. Obviously I won't get any points on the deity's religous affiliation, but a great "satirical" question!

The universe is endless. 2 years ago NASA pointed the Hubble at a dark spot in space and let the lense focus as far out as possible for over a six month time period. The pictures obtained did not show millions of individual stars, but countless galaxies!. We can't fathom the expanse of space, so how could we possiblely fathom God. You can't explain the theories of calculas to an ant. The ant hears you, the ant sees you, the ant may even fear you. But the ant has no concept as to what you are trying to say. So I can't prove the existence of a Supreme Deity, as you call it, but one has to exist.(I call him Jesus) But I guess most people would rather believe we evolved from pond scum. That way they fill superior to everything else.

I think love can somewhat show us that theres something more to this world than the tangible world that can be explained with logic alone. Have you fallen in love with someone? do you really know why did you fall in love with that person? personality? well im sure u like a lot of your friends for their personality and you wont fall in love with them. Their looks? the person they are overall? Only random chemical reactions? (so ur mind out of nowhere decided to produce the chemical so you can fall in love) All these assumptions seems to be inclomplete and cannot proof love, you can for sure study about it and find certain consequences it might cause, but you cannot empirically proof their origin. Then you might say that its proven to exist because everyone feels it, but hey noone knows where it comes from. But even for emotions, theres diferent lvls for it and complexity, some ppl might feel it and some ppl might not. So i believe theres things it cannot be explained empirically or felt or tested.
A while ago i heard a news where a mom had her son stucked with part of hes body under a truck and out of desperatation she lifted the truck and took him out. Can you explain this? Can you say its possible for everyone to do this? Did this really happen? Can it be tested? Can you deny its realisticaly impossible? So yeah i guess most of us will say they lied lol coz its just impossible for our logic minds to accept.

Note that the primary question was answered as requested. The secondary question asks the religion of the deity:
According to modern secular usage, the term "Jehovist" refers to someone who recognizes the name "Jehovah" as the personal name of the Almighty God. Thus, the deity Jehovah God could be considered to have affiliated himself with Jehovism, a belief system which includes Jehovah's Witnesses.

Well, there are a lot of logical proofs of for a Creator (check out Thomas Aquinas' Summa Theologica), but here's a short one.
Everything has a cause right? You're here because your parents gave birth to you and their parents gave birth to it. So everything is caused by something else. Well, we can keep going back and back and back all the way to the begining, to that one cause. And this cause is God. He's the "uncaused cause".

I am not on this site for points, I just happen to come on this site, when I went to the Medical site. I am on this site hoping there may be just one person that needs help. And I can encourage them. Now to answer your question, you said don't use any bible, OK, tonight I want you to go outside & look at every star, & ask yourself, where did they come from, Look at the flower, & ask yourselve where did it come from, And if you believe in the big bang, I have no problem with that, But who created that big Bang. God did, just as he hung every star there in the sky. And causes the flower to bloom.

Diana Ross is a diety?
but seriously, the only diety one could prove existence of would be something rooted in the tangeable world: a person, place, or thing. Adding in supreme, I suppose the Universe itself would be the only potential deity meeting your requirements.
