Do you have a Alternative school near you... They will help you catch up and graduate very close to the time you should've... If not try to get your GED.. good luck...

I went to an alternative school for 2 years.. I got pregnant my Junior year of high school and was out for almost a year... I graduated a year later than my class but I now am the very proud owner of a High School Diploma... GED's are ok but not as good as a High School diploma for me..*my opinion* you can contact your local school and see where the closest alternative school is and see if they can help get you enrolled....

Community colleges usually allow people age 16 to take courses for high-school credit. Some colleges have accelerated alternatives to the traditional semesters, such as "tri-mesters". They may have classes on Saturday (four classes -- 8 hours each Saturday). In each case, the course content is packing a traditional semester into a shorter period of time. And some colleges have individual, self-paced courses that are approved for self-study on an individual basis.

Have you talked to a community college education counselor? He or she has the knowledge and all kinds of resources for what you are looking for.

The high school requirements are going to be the same no matter where you school. You may want to check with your school district and find out what alternative options are available. They usually have an after school or alternative school program available to those in the district who want to complete school, but aren't suited for traditional education. I would suggest, at 16, you just bite the bullet, admit you screwed up and go back - yes you'll be behind, but you'll get your diploma and be proud of yourself for going back and sticking with it - because it won't be easy! You are mature enough to realize you need the education, so you'll be okay :) God bless you. ~Nise~

Get a GED. The study materials are at the library.
This will help for math. There are links her for many math subjects, and at the end of the page, to other
types of subjects.

I would just finish, better late then never. There are some charter schools out there with accelerated programs for kids that drop out or are behind.

talk to the school principal and tell him/her you're serious about your education and you want to try your hardest before it's too late.. if the principal doesn't help you, go to the superintendent.. the school district will not want to get a reputation as a school that doesn't help kids..
