A bar that generally has couches, sofas and the like kind of like a chillout room at a rave party in the states or a pub in the UK minus the port and stout.

Wonder if anyone will catch that last bit.

lounge bar need not serve alcohol... but can serve alcohol also.. mostly the seating arrangements will be casual.. u can dress up very casual at lounge bars..thre wont be any bar counter at lounge bars..

Its the same as a pub it a term for casual come as you are.
