Usually this problem is associated with aging, and you don't state your age.
People who have a detached or partial detached retina, (the innermost coat lining the eyeball, containing light sensitive cells which receive the visual image).
Their very first symptom is seeing silver like diamond lights from time to time.
I don't feel that it is B/P, although you should have your B/P checked as hypertension is known as the "silent killer".
Depending on your age again, normal B/P, should be around 120/70. If you are 140/90 or above on either numbers for sure you should be on hyptertension mediation, especially if the lower reading is over 90 (diastolic reading), as this is the one that can kill you and if very difficult to get down if it remains above 90.
(You should be able to ask the pharmacist to take your B/P without charge).
You may want to go and see an ophthalmologist, to have your retina checked out.
Where I am in Europe, eye specialist will send you to a retina specialist who will also examine your eyes and if there are only a few holes in the retina and no ripps or fragments, they will not perform any surgery. As they prefer to put off surgery as a very last resort. (If you reside in the United States, this is not the case). They will operate even if they see one hole in the retina.
Here in Europe the specialist prefers to advise the person to refrain from lifting heavy object and return in say one or two months to see if the retina remains the same.
The body is excellent at sending out warning signals. So see an eye doctor and check yourself out. An also have your B/P checked.

here is my opinion, in accordance with comparing Scripture with Scripture and additionally from analyzing quite a few books on the venture. a million, Paul wrote a million Thessalonians quite early, probable 5-10 years till now the Corinthian letters. In a million Thessalonians, the context of financial ruin 4 is the believing lifeless whose bodies "slept" in the floor. What Paul wrote in a million Thessalonians 4:sixteen is honestly suited--while Jesus returns, in the air, for His saints, the lifeless will upward push first, and, in accordance to the subsequent verse, we who're alive and final will connect them, and that enables you to be with the Lord continually. Did you study the subsequent quite a few verses, or the completed context? 2. Now in 2 Corinthians 5, Paul is discussing the guy believer and what occurs while a believer dies. The believer is going to be with the Lord. lower back, i'm beneficial you observed the verse that reported if Paul replace into absent from the Lord, he replace into in the physique, etc. So there is not any contradiction, those verses replicate 2 distinctive aspects of a believer's demise, could a believer die till now the Rapture. The physique is going into the floor and the soul/spirit is going to be with the Lord. while the Rapture comes, the physique is raised, and joined to the soul and spirit, and is going to Heaven.

Sounds like hypoglycemia - just eat something or have some juice and you'll be fine. Sometimes, if your blood sugar is too low, you will get dizzy and start seeing spots.
