Double Chocolate Drop Cookies are my fave...recipe below:
And I prefer Ice cream anyday to cake.

1 c butter
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
2/3 c cocoa
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c toasted slivered almonds
1 3/4 c milk choc chunks

Heat oven to 350. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in almonds and chocolate. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min cool clightly. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes 3.5 dozen

Green Chili Cheese Squares:
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
1 c shredded monterrey jack cheese
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c minced onion
1/4 c crumbled potato chips
8 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c milk
dash cayenne
chopped cilantro or parsley

Mix chilies, cheese and onion, put in well-greased 8 in. square baking pan. Sprinkle crumbled potato chips over all. Combine eggs, mlk, cayenne; pour over chips, chilies and cheese.
Bake at 325* for 45-50 min. or until set. Cool 5 min. Cut into shapes and serve with toothpicks. Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.

Shrimp Scampi:
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TBS green onion
1 1/2 tsp each basil, parsley
2 TBS lemon juice
1/4 tsp each s&p
2 cloves garlic
grated parmesan

Heat oil. Cook all ingredients (except parmesan) in oil 2-3 min or
until shrimp is pink and firm. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with parmesan
Can toss with fettucini

Fresh chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven. Sorry can't give away my secret recipie but the one off of the butter flavored cooking crisco is a good recipie. :)

I love cake better then ice cream. Yellow cake with chocolate frosting actually. The Betty Crocker Butter Recipie yellow cake mix is the best one in the store I think.

Baskin Robins has a really good Flavor of the Month called "Makin' Cookies" It's brown sugar ice cream with cookie dough ribbon and mini choc. chips it's the best of the ice cream and cookie world. :)

I don't know any recipes but I love just plain old chocolate chip cookies and Ice cream is way better than cake
