why does the inside of my nose get sore ,fairly often i,m serious?

none of those habits apply ,i do suffer from sinus

It could be nasal ulcers, try applying petroleum jelly, it will relieve that horrible sore, dry feeling. If you suffer with any symptoms such as unexplained fever, rash, fatigue or muscle pain consult your doctor as nasal ulcers are one of the symptoms of lupus (an auto-immune disorder). Please don't worry too much though I am not trying to be a scaremongerer.

One reason could be that there is not enough moisture in the air. Try using a saline nasal spray and see if that helps the problem. Nasal saline sprays are available at your local drug stores.

My guess is one of three things.... 1) Constant picking of the nose. 2) A nasty cocaine snorting habit. ...or 3) You just have bad acne on the inside of your nose.

Solutions: 1) Just stop picking it. ...No matter what your Uncle told you, there is NOT any gold or candy up there. 2) Try coffee and rehab. ...and 3) Pick your nose and do cocaine... should clear it right up!

I get this, especially if i've been doing a lot of sanding and diy! I think its cos your nose is too dry

I wonder if you have allergic rhinitis, like all year round hayfever, you may need a steroid nasal spray, ask your doctor

Sounds silly but there might be a coldsore up there, i've had one up there myself. Really irritating.
