Where can I find a manual for a caller id/calling waiting box from GE, model # 29096GE1?

I've already tried the GE site, which has the caller id box and says you can download the manual, but the link doesn't work. I received a Spanish manual from the company -- nothing in English. This is very frustrating!!

PS I've also tried to call GE -- can't get through! Any help would be appreciated -- thanks :)

go to Best Buy....see if there got that phone...if yes, ask the sales clerk to make you a copy of the manual....they did it for me!
