I would say within the next 100 years. It will be a minority, then a woman, and eventually a non-Christian. All 3 will be a breath of fresh air.

Just because someone says they're "Christian" doesn't make it so.
Many of those who go out of their way to make sure people know they are Christian are anything but.
I think we've had many non-Christian Presidents; and I think, God willing, we will have women and minority presidents.
We still have lot of GOOD people in this country, Christian, non-Christian alike. Unfortunately, we also have extremist radicals in both courts.
I hope I live to see a woman President and a "minority" President.

I think a woman minority will happen first. I mean, people are still unconfortable with a president being any form of Christian that's slightly outside the generic protestant kind.

Very possible because christians are only a part of the population. There are Jewish, Muslims and others belonging to some affiliations that may have interest in politics and the money and influence.

Most of the presidents just claimed to be christian! Maybe one day we will get a good president.

Eventually, I'm sure.. though you probably will never see an atheist in office as we seem to be the most untrusted heathens in existence it seems. (Yet all the problems are produced by them thar religious folk)
Oh wait... Jefferson and Lincoln are two that come to mind that weren't Christians.

Odds are it has had nonreligious presidents. Just nobody seems brave enough to admit they are not christian. Many people go thru the motions, and have no real belief.

yes but not for a while. i think that a majority of the people are not ready for a female or non white president. but i'll be honest if hiliary does run for president in 2008 i might vote for her.

Not in the near future. We may state the belief of the separation of church and state, but it is rarely practiced.
