im a virgo girl, and i love when my man talks dirty or tells me what he wants to do to me, this usually gets it all started for me

YES! I am a virgo, so no! Not crazy ones!!! Basically make her feel as comfortable as possible. Be direct as possible but not in a crude manner. Whisper to her in her ear, lightly touch her skin, kiss her neck, tell her how pretty she is. You make all the moves first, she'll follow. She probably won't want to be the one making the moves because she is shy. Let her know that you care for her and mean it. She'll open up more when she trust you more.
