I've got the figures but don't know if I'm meant to write the pence on top of the 00s. Would anyone know? I'm based in UK.

No need to write in the pence figure on the form. Don't worry about the rounding, HM Revenue and Customs will not penalise you for being within £1 out on your rounding.

You ignore the pence and enter the pounds, which is a bit like rounding down.

If you read the notes which came with the form, I am sure that it will be explained there.

if for example your figure is 0.51, then you round up, if it is0.49, you round down, if it is 0.50, again round it up. most programmes will automatically do it for you anyway
