As a cat lover I hope they do! And I go further if people don't like animals and abuse them I think they should come back as an abused animal themselves see what it feels like to have such a horrible life. But in a way I hope that this will eventually become something impossible and that people will simply stop hating and abusing out of ingnorance.

hopefully they come back to be the one creature that they hate the most: CATS!!!!!!

some of them might become mice though!!!
