Okay he stares alot like hes interested. Then the next day he will play and flirt. Then sometimes he would act like im not there or if he looking he would play it off like he not.......... what does he mean by this we have been knowing eachother since we were 9 im 15 hes 16...... I want to get to know him better but i dont know how

figure out ways to be included in some of the same settings which may open doorways to be able to talk more and get to know each other better
since you have already known each other this time period pretty much know what the other is like - so this should give you some get together ideas
sometimes guys flirt just to see if can get or keep your attention
if have mutual friend let that friend know you are interested in being more than friends and then wait for his reply
otherwise be thankful you have a good friend - which can be hard to come by

If you are really tired of the game, then stop playing it! You are interested in him, so step to him and tell him that you are! Shy? Write him a note, ask him out for ice cream or something so the two of you can talk...he is probably a little shy and maybe even intimidated by your beauty...whatever. Its not to far fetched for you to make it known to him that you have an interest GO FOR IT GIRL!

first of all he is u past time friend i mean u know him long time if he stares u behave like u dint know he is there egnor him dont go behind him if u ignor him for somedays u see and watch his reaction how he react if he love u he never tolerate u egnorance talk to him normally not show him u r intresting. u get result with few days

he is just playing games with you. It is obvious. If you feel that you want to get to know him better, then just ask questions while you guys are talking. But i really think that you would be waisting your time. Get to know someone else that will show you he cares all the time.

Seems like he is sending you mixed messages or maybe he is shy because he knew you a long time, he probably finds it hard to approach you properly, so either give him time, or better still just remain friends until something happens natrually.
