He's not taking your relationship seriously because it's an on line thing. And you can't "make" someone fall in love with you. It either happens or it doesn't. If you just keep talking to him, maybe something will develop with your on line friendship you've established. Just continue to be yourself and keep laughing at his jokes. i dont think you can fall in love with someone over the internet you can get to know about this person and have a emotional attatchment but love i would think you need to get to know this person... in person.... but make sure its at a safe place and then see if he takes you seriously... make sure you are old enough to be meeting guys before you do that though
