I would say pro-bab-ly with three syllables. But most ghetto people(who speak incorrect grammer or dont enunciate clearly), or southern people or little kids like my 8 year old brother say prolly. But ive also heard prob-ly, with two syllables.

1) It is pronounced as Pro- Ba -Bly because it has 3 syllables.
2) Other two ways ( 'prolly', 'probley') you mentioned are not correct.
3) You can find the right pronunciation yourself if you pronounce it several times loudly and quickly.

The "CORRECT" pronounciation varies from dialect to dialect. In my dialect the "correct" pronounciation is probly. It is TWO syllables. If you say it with three syllables in this part of the world you are labelled as a foreigner or a stuck-up snob. I doubt that it is correctly pronounced as a three-syllable word in ANY American dialect.

I say 'pro-bab-ly' but i'm british (don't know if you are) so maybe we say it differently. But even so i know a lot of british people who say 'probly' never heard of it pronounced 'prolly' though.

Most people around these parts (Western USA, including myself) make it sound something like "PROB-lee."
I avoid it altogether by just saying "perhaps," "most likely" or "maybe!"
