Lets spray paint on both sides together. We could paint on there the border patrol shift change schedule, their coffee break schedules..... so they will know what time is a good time to climb the wall

Sure, but on the US side, I want the entire Treaty Of Guadalupe-Hidalgo and the entire verbiage of the Gadsden Purchase inscribed in foot-tall letters. Also, a good use for all that free space would be 800-numbers for bail bondsmen, the ICE hotline, local police departments, slap the Patriot Act on there while you're at it, and, hmm, the entire text of the border fence bill responsible for creating the US/Mexico border fence to begin with.
Also, include signatures(non-copiable) of all the people that are willing to sign a nationwide petition in support of the US Border Patrol, in order to be able to count themselves as potential recipients whenever Mexico finally gets around to repaying all that foreign aid and making restitution for all of their usage of our social services, non-payment of fees, incarceration costs, etc etc etc. Finally, on the northern side of the 2 US/Mexico border crossings left standing, paint 'abandon all hope, ye who enter here'...'cause if you're any indication, Mexico's a hopeless case...we've just been 20 years too slow in recognizing it...

That would actually SO cool! Sort of like the Berlin Wall! It'll make the US look bad though, because they can't "protect it" from being grafittied on the Mexican side, only the Mexican police could, and I doubt they'd do anything about it.

You can paint whatever you want on the Mexican side. Just stay on that side.

Who cares? If you put it on the Mexican side, the only people who will see it are the Mexicans.

I am quite sure, however that the American side will be rife with advertisement, as sheer greed is the American Way, don'chaknow?
