....How in the name of all that is normal, does he explain orange breadcrumbs on his fish fingers???

They use Annatto as a colouring, which they can call a 'natural' colouring (as opposed to artificial), because it is from the seed coat of a tropical tree.

,never heard of orange bread, no serious I'm more concerned with fish fingers
(cellerfield come to mind)

simple... there are additives, flavourings and colourings... but they are not artificial... Its all in the language.
