Criminal case senerio:
"officer found fifty hits of heroin packaged for distribution"

The state statute gives guidelines for charges under the Uniform Controlled Substances Act by weight... is there a general weight for 50 hits of heroin??? <10 grams, >/= 10-28 grams, >28 grams ???

First off..."Loveblue" alot is not a word! Future reference it is a lot... two words separated with a single space.

Secondly, I’m just trying to write a "fictitious" memorandum brief to a "fictitious" federal court applying current state statutes to a set of "fictitious" circumstances listed. Actually, it is all tied up into a "fictitious" Motion to Suppress, combined with 4th and 5th amendment violations... but all I am asking is approximately how much 50 hits of heroin packaged for distribution would weigh. Then I can state if the "fictitious" defendant will be charged with a class 1D, 1C or 1B felony.

You sure seem to know alot about heroin. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that you know enough about it to just stay away from it. Criminal case scenario - give me a break. You are barking up a very, very dangerous tree, my friend.
